Aldridge Mission & Strategy Consulting exists because too many complex projects fail—not from lack of intent, but from lack of execution, technical understanding, and disciplined leadership. This firm was built by someone who has been on the ground, in the field, and in the room where decisions are made—and understands how easily gaps form between them.
The founder grew up as a military brat, raised in an environment where accountability, structure, and responsibility were not optional. That foundation led to service in the United States Navy as a Submariner aboard nuclear-powered submarines—an environment where systems must work, communication must be clear, and execution under pressure is the baseline expectation.
After leaving military service in 2002, that same execution-first mindset carried into civilian life. Formal technical education began at Wichita State University studying Electrical Engineering, followed by earning a Federal Communications Commission (FCC) General Radio Operator License with Radar Endorsement. From there, the career expanded across some of the most technically demanding industries.
Hands-on experience spans telecommunications, cable TV, VoIP, internet infrastructure, transportation, aviation, utilities, and the Internet of Things (IoT). The work was not theoretical. It involved climbing towers, running and terminating fiber and copper, building and commissioning communications huts, installing microwave systems, and supporting high-risk aviation commissioning and flight-test operations—where attention to detail, system-level understanding, and rapid troubleshooting were mandatory.
As the career progressed, the focus expanded beyond field execution into leadership, change management, project management, and senior analyst roles—particularly within electric and natural gas utilities. This work required navigating environments where technology, operations, regulation, and people collide, and where poor planning or misalignment carries real operational and financial consequences.
In 2019, recognizing that effective execution also demands strong business and leadership foundations, the founder returned to school at the University of Phoenix. In 2023, a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Certificate in Project Management was earned, graduating cum laude. The founder also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, achieving above-average performance across all exam domains.
Aldridge Mission & Strategy Consulting was created because this combination of experience is rare. We understand technology not just as diagrams and requirements, but as systems that must function in the real world. We understand strategy not as slides, but as decisions that must survive execution. And we understand project management not as process for process’ sake, but as the discipline that keeps complex work moving forward.
Clients engage Aldridge Mission & Strategy Consulting when they need someone who has been there, done it, and understands where projects break down—and who can bring clarity, structure, and execution discipline from the field to the boardroom.
