Aldridge Mission & Strategy Consulting is seeking a highly capable and technically grounded Engineering Operations Lead to help support and coordinate engineering activities across large-scale CCTV and infrastructure programs.
This is not just an engineering role. This position is intended for someone who can bridge the gap between engineering execution and project management discipline — someone who understands how to keep engineers aligned, accountable, organized, and moving in the right direction.
The ideal candidate is technically strong, operationally minded, and capable of taking ownership of engineering coordination while working closely with PMO leadership.

Flexible scheduling based on project demands
While this is a fully remote role, there may occasionally be a need for short on-site visits to client facilities or clinics. Travel would be limited and infrequent.
Assist in coordinating engineering activities across CCTV and infrastructure-related projects
Help ensure engineering deliverables remain on schedule and aligned with project priorities
Work directly with PMO leadership to identify bottlenecks, risks, and resource concerns
Help maintain accountability within the engineering group
Support task tracking, technical follow-ups, documentation review, and engineering coordination
Assist in translating operational needs into actionable engineering priorities
Help drive organization, communication, and execution discipline across technical teams
Participate in technical discussions related to infrastructure, power, communications, and systems integration
Candidates should possess strong working knowledge in several of the following areas:
CCTV systems and infrastructure
Electronics and telecommunications
Low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems
Network communications and structured cabling
Wireless and transport systems
Basic IT and systems integration knowledge
Field operations and technical troubleshooting
Technical documentation and engineering coordination
Experience working alongside project managers, operations teams, or PMO environments is strongly preferred.
